Once subcontracts have been created (or exported from the Takeoff), changing the vendor on the subcontract isn't possible without voiding the subcontract and re-creating with the new vendor. This application lets you modify one or more subcontracts with a different vendor as long as there have been no change orders or invoices assigned to the subcontract.
